    §  27-225 Posted occupancy and use. All buildings other than buildings
  classified in occupancy group J shall be posted by the owner with a sign
  or placard in a form prescribed by  the  commissioner,  which  shall  be
  permanently  affixed  to  the  structure  in a conspicuous location in a
  public hall or corridor of the building, and which shall state the  live
  loads  and  the occupant loads in the building and all parts thereof, as
  provided in subchapters six, eight and nine of this chapter.
