§ 27-170 Protection of lot and adjoining properties. All demolition and removal operations shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of subchapter nineteen of this chapter; and after the building has been demolished or removed, the premises shall be maintained free from all unsafe or hazardous conditions by the proper protection of the lot, restoration of grades, and the erection of necessary retaining walls and fences in accordance with the provisions of article three of subchapter eighteen of this chapter.
