2006 New York Code - Separate Approval Of Plans Required.



 
    §  27-138  Separate  approval  of  plans  required. Whenever plans are
  required to be  submitted  in  connection  with  applications  for  work
  permits,   as  provided  in  articles  ten  through  seventeen  of  this
  subchapter, separate application shall be made for the approval  of  the
  plans  therefor.  The application may be made at or prior to the time of
  submitting the work permit application.
