2006 New York Code - Excavation Or Filling Operations Affecting Adjoining Property.



 
    §   27-1028  Excavation  or  filling  operations  affecting  adjoining
  property.  Whenever an excavation or fill is to be made that will affect
  safety, stability, or usability of adjoining  properties  or  buildings,
  the  adjoining properties or buildings shall be protected as required by
  the provisions of article four of this subchapter.
