2006 New York Code - Issuance And Filing Of Certificate Of Occupancy.



 
    §  26-224  Issuance  and  filing  of  certificate  of  occupancy.  All
  certificates of  occupancy  shall  be  issued  by  the  commissioner  in
  accordance  with  and  subject to the provisions of the building codeand
  section  six  hundred  forty-five  of  the  charter.  A  record  of  all
  certificates  of  occupancy  shall be kept by the department; and copies
  shall be furnished upon request, and on the payment of the required fee.
