2006 New York Code - Classification Of Sign Hanger Licenses.

 
    §  26-183  Classification of sign hanger licenses. Such licenses shall
  be classified as follows:
    (a) Master sign hanger license. Licenses the holder thereof  to  hoist
  or  lower or to hang or attach any sign, irrespective of weight, upon or
  on the outside of any building.
    (b) Special sign hanger license. Licenses the holder thereof to  hoist
  or  lower or to hang or attach any sign, not exceeding one hundred fifty
  square feet in area, measured  on  one  side  only,  nor  exceeding  one
  thousand  two  hundred  pounds  in weight, upon or on the outside of any
  building.
