2006 New York Code - Workers\' Compensation.



 
    §  26-179  Workers'  compensation. Prior to the issuance of any rigger
  license, and any renewal thereof, the  applicant  shall  file  with  the
  department  satisfactory  evidence  of compliance with the provisions of
  the state workers' compensation law.
