2006 New York Code - Borough Superintendents To Furnish Tax Department With Copies Of Permits.



 
    § 26-130 Borough superintendents to furnish tax department with copies
  of  permits. Whenever any permit shall be granted by the commissioner or
  any borough  superintendent  for  the  erection  or  alteration  of  any
  building  or for the installation or alteration of any service equipment
  therein, a copy of such permit shall be furnished by the commissioner or
  such superintendent to the department of finance within five days  after
  the issuance of such permit.
