2006 New York Code - Seal; Judicial Notice.



 
    §  26-102 Seal; judicial notice. The commissioner may design and adopt
  a seal for the department,  and  cause  the  same  to  be  used  in  the
  authentication  of the orders and proceedings of the department, and for
  such other purposes as he or she may prescribe. The  courts  shall  take
  judicial  notice  of such seal, and of the signature of the commissioner
  and the deputy commissioners of such department.
