2006 New York Code - Power Of Commissioner As To Removal Of Destitute Persons.
§ 21-107 Power of commissioner as to removal of destitute persons. The commissioner shall have power to pay for the cost of the removal or transportation of any person who may come under the commissioner's charge whenever in his or her judgment the city will thereby be relieved from an unnecessary or improper charge.
