§ 20-705 Persons excluded from this subchapter. Nothing in this subchapter shall apply to any television or radio broadcasting station or to any publisher or printer of a newspaper, magazine, or other form of printed advertising, who broadcasts, publishes, or prints such advertisement, except insofar as said station or publisher or printer is guilty of deception on the sale or offering for sale of its own services. This subchapter shall not apply to advertising agencies, provided they are acting on information provided by their clients.
