2006 New York Code - Application Of Subchapter.
§ 20-221 Application of subchapter. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, a license shall not be required for a room or place in which there is only one table available or held out as being available to persons for the playing of billiards or pocket billiards, provided said table measures not more than three feet by six feet and the cue sticks used and available for use at said table are made of light plexiglass or some similar light material.
