2006 New York Code - Construction.



 
    §  17-626  Construction.  Nothing  contained  in this chapter shall be
  construed to  preclude  the  city  of  New  York  from  prohibiting  the
  placement  or  display  of  tobacco  advertisements  in  or  on units of
  advertising space.
