2006 New York Code - Enforcement.



 
    §  17-623 Enforcement. The department of health and mental hygiene and
  the department of consumer affairs shall enforce the provisions of  this
  chapter.   In   addition,   designated   enforcement  employees  of  any
  authorizing agency and the department of finance shall have the power to
  enforce the provisions of this chapter.
