2006 New York Code - Use Of Tobacco Products On School Premises Prohibited.



 
    §  17-622  Use  of  tobacco products on school premises prohibited. It
  shall be unlawful for any person to use  a  tobacco  product,  including
  chewing tobacco, on school premises at any time.
