2006 New York Code - Out-of-package Sales Prohibited.



 
    § 17-618 Out-of-package sales prohibited. All tobacco products sold or
  offered for sale by a retail dealer shall be sold or offered for sale in
  the   package,   box,   carton   or  other  container  provided  by  the
  manufacturer, importer or packager which bears a health warning required
  by federal statute.
