2006 New York Code - License Required.



 
    §  17-617.1  License  Required.  It  shall be unlawful for a person to
  engage in business as a wholesale dealer without a license as prescribed
  in section 11-1303 of the code, or as a retail dealer without a  license
  as prescribed in section 20-202 of the code.
