2006 New York Code - Fire Drills.
§ 15-128 Fire drills. The commissioner, in cases where provision is not otherwise made by law, is empowered in his or her discretion to require and compel the regular and periodical performance of a fire drill, including instruction and practice in the use of means of exit, alarm systems, and fire prevention or extinguishing methods and equipment, in all buildings, structures, enclosures, vessels, places and premises where numbers of persons work, live or congregate, except multiple dwellings.
