2006 New York Code - Monthly Payments.



 
    §       13-180      Monthly      payments.      A      pension,      a
  pension-providing-for-increased-take-home-pay,   an   annuity    or    a
  retirement allowance granted under the provisions of this chapter, shall
  be  paid in equal monthly instalments or in ratably smaller amounts when
  the benefit begins after the first day of the month or ends  before  the
  last day of the month.
