§ 13-130 Contributions of public benefit corporations and their use. Notwithstanding the requirements of sections 13-127 and 13-129 of this chapter, of the amounts due from the city, all amounts due to the contingent reserve fund and to the pension fund on account of any members of the retirement system during the period of their employment by any authority or body corporate and politic constituting a public benefit corporation or its successor, shall be paid by such employing authority or body corporate and politic or successor.
