2006 New York Code - New York City Employees\' Retirement System; A Corporation.



 
    §  13-120  New  York city employees' retirement system; a corporation.
  The retirement  system  shall  have  the  powers  and  privileges  of  a
  corporation and by its name all of its business shall be transacted, all
  of  its  funds invested, all warrants for money drawn and payments made,
  and all of its cash and securities and other property held.
