2006 New York Code - Salaries; Increases After Fixation In Budget Permitted.
§ 12-102 Salaries; increases after fixation in budget permitted. The head of an agency subject to the provisions of section one hundred twenty-four of the charter, or the mayor shall have the power to increase, during any fiscal year, the salary of any officer or person paid from the city treasury even after such salary shall have been fixed in the budget for such fiscal year.
