    § 2609. Discrimination in the issuance of performance or surety bonds.
  No  person,  firm  or  corporation  engaged  in  the business of issuing
  performance or surety bonds shall refuse to issue such  a  bond  to  any
  person,  firm  or corporation, solely because of the race, creed, color,
  sex, national origin, age or marital status of the applicant.
