2006 New York Code - Administration Of Certain Functions.



 
    §  2135.  Administration  of certain functions. The superintendent may
  designate the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC)  or
  any  affiliates  or  subsidiaries  that  the  NAIC  oversees  to perform
  ministerial functions, including the  collection  of  fees,  related  to
  producer  licensing  under this article that the superintendent may deem
  appropriate.
