    §  133.  Visitation  and  inspection. Members of the board of managers
  shall be admitted to every part of the hospital and premises, and  shall
  have access to all books, papers, accounts and records pertaining to the
  hospital  and  shall  be  furnished  with  copies, abstracts and reports
  whenever required by them. All hospitals established or maintained under
  the provisions of sections one hundred and twenty-six, one  hundred  and
  twenty-seven, one hundred and twenty-eight, one hundred and twenty-nine,
  one  hundred  and  thirty,  one  hundred and thirty-one, one hundred and
  thirty-two, one hundred and thirty-three and one hundred and thirty-four
  of this act shall be  subject  to  inspection  by  any  duly  authorized
  representative  of the state board of charities, of the state department
  of health, of the state charities aid association, and of the  governing
  board  of  the  county,  town,  city or village by which the hospital is
  maintained;  and  the  resident  officer  in  charge  shall  admit  such
  representatives  into  every part of the hospital and premises, and give
  them access on  demand  to  all  records,  reports,  books,  papers  and
  accounts pertaining to the hospital.
