2006 New York Code - Use Of Soft Coal In Public Institutions.



 
    § 11. Use  of  soft coal in public institutions. No public institution
  maintained by the state within the corporate limits of any city  of  the
  second  class, shall use or burn bituminous coal in the operation of any
  of its departments, provided that the local ordinances of any such  city
  forbid the use thereof.
