2006 New York Code - Saving Clause



 
    §  596.  Saving  clause.  If  any section or provision of this article
  shall at any  time  be  declared  to  be  unconstitutional,  it  is  the
  expressed  legislative  intent that no other section or provision hereof
  be thereby affected.
