2006 New York Code - Monomeric Methyl Methacrylate.



 
    §  404-a. Monomeric methyl methacrylate. 1. No owner or operator of an
  appearance enhancement business shall knowingly:
    a. sell, use or apply to any person monomeric methyl methacrylate; or
    b. direct any agent or employee of such business to sell, use or apply
  to any person monomeric methyl methacrylate.
    2. A first violation of this section shall be punishable  by  a  civil
  penalty  of  not  more  than  one  thousand  dollars.  A  second  or any
  subsequent violation of this section shall be a class B misdemeanor.
