2006 New York Code - Effect Of Partial Invalidity.



 
    §  369-d.  Effect  of  partial  invalidity.  If  any provision of this
  article is declared unconstitutional it is the intent of the legislature
  that the remaining portions thereof shall not be affected but that  such
  remaining portions remain in full force and effect.
