2006 New York Code - Appointment Of Deputies.



 
    §  359-a.  Appointment  of deputies. For the purposes of this article,
  the attorney-general may in his discretion, and  without  civil  service
  examination,  appoint and employ, and at pleasure remove, such deputies,
  officers and other persons as he deems necessary,  and  determine  their
  duties and fix their compensation.
