2006 New York Code - Confinement Of Juvenile Delinquents Under Sentence Of The Courts Of The United States.



 
    § 507-d. Confinement  of  juvenile  delinquents  under sentence of the
  courts of the United States. The directors of secure and limited  secure
  facilities  shall receive and safely keep in such facilities, subject to
  the provisions of this article, any person not over the age  of  sixteen
  years  convicted of any offense against the United States, and sentenced
  to imprisonment by any court of the United States, sitting  within  this
  state,  until such sentences be executed, or until such delinquent shall
  be discharged by due course of law, conditioned upon the  United  States
  supporting  such  delinquent  and paying the expenses attendant upon the
  execution of such sentence.
