2006 New York Code - Special Administrations



 
    §  328-a.  Special  administrations. When any licensing examination is
  administered on a day of religious observance, a special  administration
  of  such  licensing  examination  or  an equivalent examination shall be
  offered to any affected test subject as  soon  after  or  before  as  is
  possible,  at  a  comparable  time,  place and cost, provided that in no
  circumstances shall the special administration be more than thirty  days
  before or after the regular test administration.
