2006 New York Code - Applications For Presumptive Release Or Conditional Release.



 
    § 259-g. Applications  for presumptive release or conditional release.
  1.  All requests for presumptive release or conditional release shall be
  made in writing on forms prescribed and furnished  by  the  division  of
  parole. Within one month from the date any such application is received,
  if  it appears that the applicant is eligible for presumptive release or
  conditional release or will be eligible for  such  release  during  such
  month, the conditions of release shall be fixed in accordance with rules
  prescribed by the board. Such conditions shall be substantially the same
  as conditions imposed upon parolees.
    2. No person shall be presumptively released or conditionally released
  unless the applicant has agreed in writing to the conditions of release.
  The  agreement  shall state in plain, easily understandable language the
  consequences of a violation of one or more of the conditions of release.
