2006 New York Code - Transitional Licensing.



 
    § 160-aa.  Transitional  licensing.  Consistent  with  the  intent and
  purpose of this article, and without the disapproval  of  the  appraisal
  subcommittee  of the federal financial institutions examination council,
  the board may prescribe requirements  for  transitional  licenses  which
  shall expire no later than January first, nineteen hundred ninety-three.
