  § 21-0723. Inconsistent laws.
    No   provision  of  this  chapter  or  of  any  other  law,  which  is
  inconsistent with the provisions of the compact shill* be applicable  to
  the  Delaware  river  basin  commission or to any matter governed by the
  compact.
