2006 New York Code - Military Voters; Right To Vote.



 
    §  10-104.  Military  voters;  right to vote. A military voter of this
  state shall be entitled to vote as fully as if he were  present  at  his
  polling  place  and  to  register  and  vote  in  the manner hereinafter
  provided except that the provisions of this article for absentee  voting
  in  primary  elections shall not apply to the party positions of members
  of the ward, town, city or county committee.
