2006 New York Code - Cost Of Removed Criminal Trials.



 
    §  934.    Cost of removed criminal trials.  Each respective county of
  New York, Bronx, Kings, Queens and Richmond in which  an  indictment  is
  found shall reimburse the county to which such indictment may be removed
  for trial for the cost and expenses of such trial, in the same manner as
  other counties are made liable under the provisions of this chapter.
