2006 New York Code - Designation Of Depositaries.



 
    §  212. Designation of depositaries. All moneys received by the county
  treasurer shall be deposited and  secured  in  the  manner  provided  by
  section ten of the general municipal law. Nothing herein shall be deemed
  to  limit the power of a court of competent jurisdiction or of the state
  comptroller to make directions concerning deposits of  court  and  trust
  funds.
