                   ACTIONS AGAINST PERSONS JOINTLY LIABLE
 
          1501. Actions   against   persons  jointly  liable;  service  of
                  summons; judgment.
          1502. Provisional remedies and  defenses  in  subsequent  action
                  against co-obligor.
