- Section 69-7-4 — Failure or neglect to make inquiries for record or negligent entries or to keep record book; liability.
- Section 69-7-5 — Purchaser of ore from illegal possessor of mine, deemed accessory; penalty.
- Section 69-7-6 — Lead poisoning of smelter employee; employer's liability.
- Section 69-7-7 — Failure to provide care of lead-poisoned employee; recovery of expenditures.
