59A-33-13. Action by superintendent; review.

Any action by the superintendent pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Pool Law [Chapter 59A, Article 33 NMSA 1978] shall be subject to the review and appeal as provided in Chapter 59A, Article 4 NMSA 1978.
