53-8-86.1. Fees of state corporation commission [public regulation commission]; dishonored check; civil penalty.

Any person or corporation who pays a fee by check to the state corporation commission [public regulation commission] and which check is dishonored upon presentation is liable to the commission for such fees together with a civil penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each such check.
