3-46-39. Title of purchaser.

Any instrument executed by a municipality and purporting to convey any right, title or interest in any property under the Urban Renewal Law [ 3-46-1 to 3-46-45 NMSA 1978] shall be conclusively presumed to have been executed in compliance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Law insofar as title or other interest of any bona fide purchasers, lessees, or transferees of such property is concerned.
