3-39-2. Purpose of law.

The purpose of the Municipal Airport Law [ 3-39-1 to 3-39-15 NMSA 1978] is to enable municipalities to acquire and operate municipal airport facilities for the convenience of the public, to promote aviation facilities of all types and to promote the economy of the area by making air transportation available.
