11-3A-19. Remedies of an obligee.

An obligee of an authority shall have the right, in addition to all other rights that may be conferred on such obligee, subject only to any contractual restrictions binding upon such obligee to:   

A.     compel by mandamus, suit, action or proceeding at law or in equity, the authority and its officers, agents or employees to perform each and every term, provision and covenant contained in any contract of the authority with or for the benefit of the obligee and to require the carrying out of any or all covenants and agreements of the authority and the fulfillment of all duties imposed upon the authority by the Regional Housing Law [Chapter 11, Article 3A NMSA 1978]; and   

B.     enjoin by suit, action or proceeding in equity, any acts or things that may be unlawful or in violation of any of the rights of the obligee of the authority.
