56:8-38 - Nonprofit or political organizations; application of act
56:8-38. Nonprofit or political organizations; application of actThe provisions of this act shall not apply to any person who sells, raffles or otherwise disposes of the ticket for a bona fide nonprofit or political organization when the premium proceeds are devoted to the lawful purposes of the organization.
