52:18A-161 - Construction of prior laws, rules or regulations
52:18A-161. Construction of prior laws, rules or regulationsWith respect to the functions, powers and duties hereby transferred to the Division of Building and Construction, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Division of Purchase and Property or the director thereof or the Office of Architecture, Engineering and Construction, the same shall mean and refer to the Division of Building and Construction or the director thereof, as the case may be.
