5:5-76 - Enforcement of Act

5:5-76.  Enforcement of Act     It shall be the duty of the Attorney-General and of the several county prosecutors in this State to enforce the provisions of this act, and the Governor may upon request of the commission order the law enforcing officers of  the State of New Jersey or of the various counties and municipalities to assign  a sufficient number of deputies to prevent horse racing at any track within the  respective jurisdiction of such counties and municipalities, a permit for which  has been refused, suspended or revoked by the commission.
