The commissioner of labor shall keep a complete registry of all such places of public amusement. A notice of such registration shall be furnished by the commissioner and kept in a conspicuous position in the building or structure used for said public amusement, when such building or structure has complied with the commissioner's building code.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
