45:6-24 - False statements;  high misdemeanor

45:6-24.  False statements;  high misdemeanor     Any person who, in any affidavit or examination required of an applicant for  examination, license or registration under the laws regulating the practice of  dentistry, willfully makes a false statement in a material regard, shall be  guilty of a high misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction thereof by a fine not  exceeding five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment at hard labor not exceeding  five years, or both, in the discretion of the court.
